I am passionate about: Teaching Children, Building meaningful relationships with families & Empowering my educators

My goal is to ensure our program provides a safe and nurturing environment for every child to learn and grow.

In my leisure time, I enjoy horseback riding and caring for the many animals on my farm. I am blessed with two wonderful children and a supportive husband who encourages my adventurous dreams.

Why I Love Teaching Preschool

I have dedicated nearly two decades to nurturing and shaping the minds of our future generations. It's incredibly gratifying to witness these children grow and achieve developmental milestones. I believe there's no better way to spend my life; children are a gift and they teach us as much as we teach them.

Hello Families, I am Mr. Dave. My wife Kasha and I are owners of the center. I am more Mr. Fix it and behind the scenes. I frequently will stop by the center to complete a task or two before heading back home to our farm.

I drive school bus for Wolf Creek School Division, and take care of the farm during the day between runs. I love children and feel blessed to be on this journey of childcare with my wife.

Hello! I live in Lacombe with my husband Nathan, and our two daughters, Everly and Ophelia. We have a dog named Navi and a cat named Peanut Butter! I enjoy spending time with my family. We like to go camping, and we have weekly games and movie nights. I also love doing anything craft related, drinking coffee and reading. I am proud to be a graduate of RDP and to have earned my Level 2 ELCC.

Why I Love Teaching Preschool

I choose to work with children because ever since I was a young girl I always wanted to be a teacher, so after being a stay at home mom for the last seven years, I decided to follow my dream. I love working with children and seeing their eyes light up when they discover something new. I find inspiration everyday working with kids, teaching them, and helping to shape them for the transition to elementary school.

I have had the privilege of working at Loving to Learn for the past five years. After being a stay-at-home mom for eleven years I wanted to get back into the workforce. I loved watching my own kids grow and loved helping at their school, so I decided to start my journey into early childhood education. My husband and I have lived in central Alberta our whole lives with our two amazing kiddos. As a family, we love board games, movies, and family adventures to try new things. I love to bake, read and try my absolute hardest to keep my plant babies alive.

Why I Love Teaching Preschool

I love to teach preschool because I absolutely love watching a child’s little mind work as they learn or discover new things. Looking at the world through a child’s eyes is to truly see how beautiful our world is. Being there to help guide them through problem solving, navigating new friendships and learning a new skill is an absolute privilege. I enjoy being there as they step into the big wild world of learning and discovery.

Hi, my name is Ms. Ann. We are new to Lacombe. My husband Benjamin and I have one daughter who will attend the new OSC program, and Grade 1 this year. We love our Amanda so much! She is smart and kind and so full of love. My family is my everything and I am so Blessed to have so much love and support in my life. My favourite time of year is Summer!

Why I Love Teaching Preschool

I absolutely love teaching preschool because it gives me the opportunity to make a positive impact on young children's lives. Witnessing their curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning is incredibly rewarding. I love talking and engaging in play with the children and nurturing them. They keep me Young and Active! Hello! I am Ms. Cait. I grew up in Lacombe as did my Husband Dylan and we continue to live here with our 3 daughters Amelia, Stella, and Reese. We also have a dog named Murphy. Some things about me are I love to read, listen to podcasts, and spend time with my family. I also love my coffee!

Why I Love Teaching Preschool

I’m so excited to be a teacher at Loving to Learn Preschool because I get to be a part of caring, nurturing and educating children to prepare them for the next phase in their lives as I have loved doing with my own and it brings me so much joy. I love the outlook children have on the world and love watching them learn and discover new things.
